You have decided to attend to the complaint of the analyzer, and before attending to the complaint the requirement of proper service tools in hand is a must thing we should have in Mind.

Bcos without the proper servicing tools solving the issue create in any of the analyzers is very challenging. And it may eat a lot of our precious time. And I have listed below some of the Tools Which were Must needed basic tools in hand before going to attend any of the services.

And I want to share an incident that happened to me. I think that was a Monday, I got a call from one of the ICUs in my hospital. The analyzer was not working properly, and I informed a field service engineer. and he came and checked that and told me that, Need to replace the parts of the analyzer and he started doing it. 

And the Real challenge started from here only bcos he did not have a hex ball align key in hand so he used the T20 screwdriver instead of the ball align key. And the situation is he unscrewed all the required screws but for one screw the head was damaged and can’t able to unscrew it.

After that he asked me for align key then I went to the biomedical department and take the right tool to unscrew it but it did’t work.

After that, we use the AXO Blade to cut the screw and unscrew it with the help of a screwdriver set. (-)

You just think about it, how much headache process is this by the use of the wrong tool to unscrew the thrread of the analyzer. So the use of the right tool is most important and it’s a lifesaver for all Biomedical Engineers like me.
